Los Angeles Zoo is no longer the zoo that it once was.
On Friday, it will be the Denver Zoo.
A spokesman for the parks and recreational agency said the decision to change its name was made after the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, in a vote, asked for the change.
Denver Zoo’s name change was a result of an appeal by the National Parks Conservation Association, which has said the city’s name is offensive and misleading to its Native American community.
In the decades since the zoo opened in 1962, Denver has been the most visited national park in the US, attracting visitors from across the country and the world.
On Tuesday, the Denver Park District announced that it would no longer be offering tours and a variety of activities at the zoo.
It will instead be open to the public, which includes children and senior citizens.
In its statement, the park district said that its efforts to change the name of the park to honor the city were a “first-of-its-kind” initiative, which involved “creating a unique, diverse and inclusive experience for all.”
It also said that the decision had not been made in response to any of the criticisms made by the NPCA.
“We have not been in a position to consider any additional complaints,” said NPCB Chairman John Anderson.
“It was an easy decision for us to make.”
The NPCS also sent a letter to the board, which was held in April, urging it to reverse its decision.
“I’m deeply disappointed that the Denver Parks and Recreation Commission (DPRC) has decided to change Denver Zoo and Denver Zoo Light to Denver Zoo,” NPC director of public affairs, Jennifer Sturgess, said in the letter.
“As Denver Zoo continues to attract visitors, our community should be able to celebrate the city and its beautiful parks, trails and wildlife while also honoring our Native American heritage and culture.”
The Denver Zoo is one of the most popular attractions in the world, and has become a major draw for tourists from around the world over the past 20 years.
The Denver metro area has become known for its diversity and for its outdoor attractions.
Last year, more than 30 million people visited the zoo in the U.S., with more than 40 million visitors spending more than $300 million at the venue.
It has more than 4,300 species of birds and mammals and is home to more than 600 animals, including polar bears, grizzly bears, black bears, blue whales and polar bears.
Denver has also become known as the “Bronx of America”, with a thriving cultural scene that draws tourists from across America.
According to the zoo’s website, the zoo has hosted more than 8 million visitors, with more people visiting in 2017 than in all of 2016.
